Website terms

Terms of use.

These terms govern use of this IARO website. Effective 4 September 2026. They are not a substitute for membership terms, which apply if you join.

The site is operated by the International Air Rail Organisation, an unincorporated membership organisation, Suite 3, Charter House, 26 Claremont Road, Surbiton KT6 4QZ, United Kingdom. Contact: patrick.hicks@iaro.com.

The database is a professional reference

The database is a professional reference, not a live travel service. Routes, operators, fares, timetables and project status can change. Check current journey information with the relevant operator before travelling. To suggest a correction, contact the IARO Secretariat and include the record and source.

Accuracy and availability

We take care with the material we publish, but we do not warrant that the site or database is complete, current or free of error. Records imported from earlier IARO systems may still await review. The site may be withdrawn for maintenance. See Data and corrections.

Intellectual property

Site copy, the IARO name and logo, reports and the compiled database are owned by IARO or used under licence. You may quote short extracts with acknowledgement for professional, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce reports, scrape the database, or republish member-only material without written permission.

Country outlines are Natural Earth (public domain). Airport coordinates are from OurAirports (public domain). Member organisation marks remain the property of those organisations.

Accounts

Keep your password confidential. Do not share a member login. IARO may suspend an account that is misused or that presents a security risk.

External links

Links to operators and other sites are provided for convenience. IARO is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by English law, IARO is not liable for loss arising from use of the public website or reliance on the database as a travel timetable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. We will post material changes on this page and update the effective date.
