Every membership includes a place at IARO Air-Rail 2026 in Brussels, 7–8 October 2026. Air-Rail and Associate, at every fee band. Membership accepted now runs to 31 December 2027; the rest of 2026 is included. No payment on this page. The Secretariat confirms the fee and invoices you.

The conference, included
One conference place is included per membership, with advance registration and subject to capacity. Additional places follow the arrangements for that event. Travel and hotels are not included. IARO Air-Rail 2026 at Brussels Airport, 7–8 October, is the current included meeting.

The full database
Everyone can use the operational passenger map. Members also see planned schemes, construction, studies, cargo links and the research notes behind each record.

Reports and Express
The member library of reports, workshop papers and minutes — £250 each to non-members, included with membership — and the searchable IARO Express archive. The email briefing is also available as a free subscription.

Fees
Simple rates, by organisation size.
EUR and USD invoicing are available. The Secretariat will confirm the equivalent and any applicable VAT. UK VAT is added where the rules require it; the invoice confirms the treatment. A membership taken out now runs to 31 December 2027.

Organisation membership covers employees of that legal entity, including overseas branches of the same company. It does not automatically cover a wider corporate group. The Secretariat issues named logins. Organisation membership does not automatically create a separate login for every eligible employee; extra named accounts are issued on request. One conference place is included per membership, with advance registration and subject to capacity. Additional places follow the arrangements for that event. Travel and hotels are not included. Two categories
Air-Rail Members and Associate Members.
Air-Rail and Associate Members currently receive the same access and pay the same rate according to organisation size. The category identifies each member’s role in the sector.
Air-Rail Member
Operators and project sponsors
Organisations with direct responsibility for owning, funding, commissioning, regulating or operating an airport rail service or an active airport-rail project: airports, rail operators, infrastructure managers, transport authorities and formally constituted project bodies. Airlines join as Air-Rail Members only when they are directly involved in an integrated air-rail product or partnership.
Associate Member
Advisers, designers and suppliers
Organisations that advise, design, build or supply the sector, including consultancies, engineering firms, manufacturers, technology providers, professional advisers, universities and research organisations. Individual membership is an Associate membership for a named person.
