When using the rail trip planner on http://www.litrail.lt/en/tvarkarasciai/-/routes/find?p_auth=MWgpmve6, either enter the airport station as Oro Uostas or find it on the drop-down list - it is probably the third on the list. There are significant gaps between trains, with around 18 running each day.
