Overview
The airport is currently (August 2021) the southern terminus of the Blue Line. There is a map but currently little other information on http://chennaimetrorail.gov.in/linemap.php. https://www.grepcity.com/travel/train-info/metro-train-timings-and-routes is more helpful. The fare between city and airport (March 2022) is Rs. 50 and the journey time about 30 minutes.
