Trenitalia operate a limited high-speed service between Paris and Marseille, calling at Lyon airport. This is in competition with services offered by the national rail company SNCF. The trenitalia.com website gives times and fares, but some necessitatee a change at Lyon Part Dieu station between high speed trains and the RhonExpress high speed tram.
