Attendance is free for members and non-members. Advance registration is required; places are subject to availability. Travel and accommodation are not included.
Day one starts at midday at AHLEX, the Brussels Airport Aviation Training Centre, with lunch, a facility tour, the Intermodal Hub plans, landside and airside visits, then a reception and dinner.
Day two is at the Conference and Meeting Centre, with sessions on high-speed rail to airports, new technology and systems, airport design and development. The programme finishes at 16:30, with an optional city dinner.
